Abstract
Beban kerja petugas informasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta
dinilai berat karena kurangnya petugas untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang ada.
Jumlah petugas informasi tidak sesuai dengan Manual of Standard’s. Hal ini
menyebabkan keadaan stres kerja petugas informasi sehingga terjadi kesalahan
pengumuman kepada penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis
beban kerja petugas information service di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta,
mengevaluasi dampak beban kerja dalam meminimalisir kesalahan informasi pada
unit informasi pada unit information service officer Bandara Internasional
Yogyakarta, dan memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan
informasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mix Methods, dengan
fokus pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX yang didukung
dengan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian beban kerja
petugas Information Service di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta menggunakan
metode NASA-TLX menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang dialami tergolong
berat. Penilaian dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup enam indikator
NASA-TLX, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petugas merasakan
beban kerja tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas operasional sehari-hari.
Beban kerja petugas Information Service di Bandara Internasional
Yogyakarta tergolong berat dan berdampak pada penurunan layanan serta
kesehatan mental. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penerapan FIDS user friendly dan
Penambahan petugas customer service untuk bekerja bersama unit informasi di
ruang ISO atau penempatan petugas Airport Operation Landside and Terminal yang
sudah selesai inspeksi untuk membantu petugas informasi.

The workload of information officers at Yogyakarta International Airport is
considered heavy due to a shortage of staff to carry out the existing tasks. The
number of information officers does not comply with the Manual of Standards. This
causes stress among information officers, resulting in errors in announcements to
passengers. This study aims to analyse the workload of information service officers
at Yogyakarta International Airport,
evaluate the impact of workload on minimising information errors at the
information unit of the information service officers at Yogyakarta International
Airport, and provide appropriate solutions to improve information services at
Yogyakarta International Airport.
The method used in this study is Mixed Methods, with a focus on data
processing using the NASA-TLX method, supported by observation results,
interviews, and documentation. The results of the study on the workload of
information service officers at Yogyakarta International Airport using the NASATLX method indicate that the workload experienced is classified as heavy. The
assessment was conducted through a questionnaire covering six NASA-TLX
indicators, and the results show that the majority of officers feel a high workload
in performing their daily operational tasks.
The workload of Information Service officers at Yogyakarta International
Airport is heavy and has an impact on service quality and mental health. Proposed
solutions include implementing user-friendly FIDS and adding customer service
officers to work alongside the information unit in the ISO room or assigning Airport
Operation Landside and Terminal officers who have completed inspections to assist
information officers.
