Abstract

System Wide Information Management merupakan konsep yang dikembangkan oleh ICAO untuk meningkatkan sistem manajemen informasi penerbangan dan pengelolaan lalu lintas udara global dengan tujuan memungkinkan pertukaran data yang efisien, aman, dan tepat waktu. Di Indonesia, konsep SWIM belum diimplementasikan pada pengiriman data processing. Sebagai contoh di Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang. Pertukaran informasi penerbangan berupa flight information, aeronautical information, dan meteorological belum terintegrasi secara penuh melalui suatu sistem. Struktur jaringan yang menghubungkan berbagai sektor seperti pihak ARO, BMKG dan peralatan AMSC sudah tersedia, namun kerap kali terjadi permasalahan berupa user login ke IP yang sama. Hal ini mengakibatkan peralatan AMSC tidak dapat mengenali IP address client sehingga server AMSC tidak dapat mengirimkan informasi kepada para client. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah jaringan Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) untuk menghubungkan antara AMSC dengan pihak ARO dan menghubungkan AMSC dengan pihak BMKG serta mengintegrasikan jaringan tersebut. Hal ini juga dilakukan untuk menghindari IP conflict dan duplikasi, sesuai dengan lingkup technical infrastructure SWIM yaitu memberikan layanan keamanan jaringan. Rancangan ini disimulasikan menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer dengan Metode Penelitian Prototyping. Kata Kunci : SWIM, VLAN, Cisco Packet Tracer, Metode Penelitian Prototyping.

System Wide Information Management is a concept that was developed by ICAO which is used to improve information management systems in aviation and global air traffic management with the aim of making efficient, secure, and on time data exchange is possible. In Indonesia, SWIM has not yet been implemented. For example, in Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang. The exchange of flight information such as Flight Information, Aeronautical Information, and Meteorological has not been fully integrated through data processing facilities. The network structure connecting the ARO, BMKG and AMSC is established, but problems often occur such as users logging in the same IP Address. As a result, the AMSC cannot send information because it does not recognize the IP address of the client. Therefore, a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) was created to connect AMSC with ARO and connect AMSC with BMKG and integrate the network. Therefore, a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) was created to connect AMSC with ARO and connect AMSC with BMKG also integrate the network. In addition, this is to prevent IP Conflict and duplicated, in addition to the scope of SWIM Technical infrastructure, which is provide network security services.
