Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sistem keamanan sisi udara di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali dengan fokus pada pagar perimeter dan pengamanannya. Ditemukan beberapa kekurangan seperti tinggi pagar yang tidak memenuhi standar minimal 2,44 meter, celah terbuka yang memungkinkan akses tidak sah, penerangan kurang memadai, pos penjagaan tidak aktif, serta belum terpasangnya sistem deteksi intrusi (PIDS). Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis gap melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara petugas keamanan, dan telaah dokumen regulasi. Hasil menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan menyeluruh aspek fisik dan operasional pengamanan perimeter. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan kualitas pagar, pengaktifan pos penjagaan, peningkatan frekuensi patroli, dan penerapan teknologi deteksi intrusi. Langkah ini diharapkan meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandara Adi Soemarmo secara signifikan.

This study evaluates the airside security system at Adi Soemarmo Airport Boyolali, focusing on the perimeter fence and its security. Several deficiencies were identified, including fence height not meeting the minimum standard of 2.44 meters, open gaps allowing unauthorized access, inadequate lighting, inactive guard posts, and the absence of an installed intrusion detection system (PIDS). The research method employed a gap analysis through field observations, interviews with security personnel, and regulatory document reviews. The results indicate the need for comprehensive improvements in both the physical and operational aspects of perimeter security. Recommendations include enhancing fence quality, activating guard posts, increasing patrol frequency, and implementing intrusion detection technology. These measures are expected to significantly improve aviation security and safety at Adi Soemarmo Airport.
