Abstract
Sistem pencahayaan taxiway berperan dalam menjamin keselamatan dan
kelancaran operasional pesawat di darat, terutama pada malam hari dan kondisi
visibilitas rendah. Taxiway Golf dan Hotel di Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma saat
ini hanya menggunakan satu sirkuit pencahayaan, sehingga berisiko mengalami
pemadaman total apabila terjadi kegagalan pada kabel atau Constant Current
Regulator (CCR). Kegagalan sistem ini dapat menghambat pergerakan pesawat dan
meningkatkan risiko insiden di Taxiway Golf dan Hotel, yang berfungsi sebagai
jalur keluar masuk pesawat di apron selatan serta difungsikan juga sebagai taxiway
paralel bagi pesawat yang melakukan takeoff dan landing. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem pencahayaan taxiway dengan menambahkan
sirkuit baru serta menerapkan konfigurasi lampu bersilangan. Peneltian ini
menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Dalam penelitian ini
dihasilkan tambahan CCR baru 5 kVA, Instalasi kabel yang digunakan adalah kabel
primer FL2XCY 1 x 6 mm², kabel power NYY 3 x 1,5 mm² , dan kabel grounding
BC 50 mm² dengan tipe galian size 1. Hasil penelitian berbentuk Detail
Engineering Design (DED) yang mencakup desain gambar, Bill of Quantity (BOQ),
dan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat (RKS). Hasil DED tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi
dan pertimbangan bagi pihak bandara dalam melakukan reinstalasi lampu Taxiway
Golf dan Hotel di Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma.

Taxiway lighting systems play a role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of
aircraft on the ground, especially at night and in low visibility conditions. The Golf
and Hotel Taxiways at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport currently use only one
lighting circuit, putting them at risk of total blackouts if a cable or Constant Current
Regulator (CCR) fails. This system failure can hinder aircraft movement and
increase the risk of incidents on the Golf and Hotel Taxiways, which serve as an
entry and exit route for aircraft on the south apron and also function as a parallel
taxiway for aircraft taking off and landing. This study aims to improve the taxiway
lighting system by adding a new circuit and implementing a crossed light
configuration. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. In
this study, an additional new CCR of 5 kVA was produced. The cable installation
used was a 1 x 6 mm² FL2XCY primary cable, a 3 x 1.5 mm² NYY power cable, and
a 50 mm² BC grounding cable with a size 1 excavation type. The results of the study
are in the form of a Detailed Engineering Design (DED) which includes a drawing
design, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and Work Plan and Requirements (RKS). The results
of the DED can be used as a reference and consideration for the airport in
reinstalling the Taxiway Golf and Hotel lights at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport.
