Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi operasional Aviobridge di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali, yang dilengkapi dengan 33 Aviobridge dan dua kendaraan pendukung. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh pembagian zonasi yang kurang optimal serta jumlah Operator yang tidak mencukupi.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia pada unit AMC, melibatkan petugas Apron Movement Control dan Operator aviobridge.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan dalam proses docking dan undocking disebabkan oleh pembagian zona yang tidak efisien. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pembagian zonasi kerja menjadi dua area, yaitu domestik dan internasional, serta peningkatan efisiensi operasional Aviobridge untuk mengurangi keterlambatan penerbangan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Bandar udara

This study analyzes the operational efficiency of aviobridges at I Gusti Ngurah
Rai International Airport, Bali, which is equipped with 33 aviobridge and two
supporting vehicles. The main challenges faced include delays caused by
suboptimal zoning and insufficient personnel.
The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection
techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were
obtained from PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia at the AMC unit, involving Apron
Movement Control officers and Aviobridge personnel.
The results of the study indicate that delays in the docking and undocking
process are caused by inefficient zoning. The proposed solution includes dividing
the work zoning into two areas, namely domestic and international, as well as
increasing the operational efficiency of aviobridge to reduce flight delays and
improve the quality of service at the airport
