Abstract

Pergerakan lalu lintas kendaraan operasional maupun pesawat di area airside bandara perlu dipantau secara akurat untuk mencegah insiden akibat kurangnya koordinasi antar personel controller dengan pilot ataupun pengendara kendaraan. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan kelancaran operasional penerbangan adalah dengan membuat alat monitoring pergerakan lalu lintas di area airside. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem tracking pergerakan kendaraan di airside berbasis LILYGO ESP32 LoRa dan GNSS M10Q-5883 untuk peningkatan akurasi dan update rate data, yang diintegrasikan dengan tampilan web dashboard. Sistem ini menggunakan jaringan LoRa untuk mengirim data lokasi ke server dan menampilkannya secara real-time pada web dashboard. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian dalam skala simulasi, serta evaluasi dan pemeliharaan performa sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan deteksi pergerakan objek secara akurat dengan rata-rata selisih koordinat 0,000013º terhadap perangkat pembanding dan dapat mengirimkan data hingga jarak 1,4 kilometer dalam kondisi line of sight secara stabil dan real time.

The movement of operational vehicles and aircraft in the airport airside area must be accurately monitored to prevent incidents caused by a lack of coordination between controllers, pilots, and vehicle operators. One effort to improve aviation safety and operational efficiency is the development of a traffic monitoring tool for the airside area. This research aims to design a prototype of a vehicle tracking system in the airside area based on LILYGO ESP32 LoRa and GNSS M10Q-5883, to enhance accuracy and update rate, integrated with a web dashboard display. The system utilizes a LoRa network to transmit location data to a server and display it in real-time on a web dashboard. The research method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing in a simulated environment, and system performance evaluation and maintenance. The results show that the system can accurately detect object movement with an average coordinate deviation of 0.000013º compared to a reference device and can transmit data up to 1.4 kilometers in line-of-sight conditions reliably and in real-time.
