RANCANGAN DIGITALISASI PENGAWASAN DAN PENDATAAN GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT DI BANDAR UDARA FATMAWATI SOEKARNO BENGKULU

Terwujudnya penyelenggaraan penerbangan yang aman, selamat,lancar, nyaman, tertib dan teratur tidak lepas dari kelancaran operasional di sisi udara. Salah satu aspek yang mendukung kelancaran operasional tersebut adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan ramp check aircfraft handling. Untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kelancaran operasional di sisi udara diperlukan pengawasan dari unit apron movement control. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah pengawasan dan pendataan GSE masih secara manual.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengawasan dan pendataan GSE serta mengetahui keuntungan dari penerapan sistem digital yang dengan penerapan aplikasi google documents sebagai sistem pengolahan data. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Research and Development (R&D) Level 1, yang mencakup identifikasi permasalahan, perancangan desain, serta validasi desain. Data dikumpulkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sehingga didapatkan hasil bahwa pengawasan dan pendatan GSE di Bandar Udara Fatmawati Soekarno masih bersifat manual dengan beberapa kelemahan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan bantuan google documents dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam kegiatan operasional. Bagi pihak ground handling, sistem ini dapat diterapkan untuk melakukan pengawasan dan perbaikan terkait peralatan GSE yang beroperasi dalam rangka untuk peningkatan keselamatan penerbangan di area sisi udara.

The realisation of the implememtation of safe, smooth, comfortable, orderly dan regular flights cannot be separated from the smooth operation on the airside. One aspect taht supports the smooth operation is the implementation of ramp check aircrfat handling activities. To ensure safety and smooth operations on the airside, supervision is required from the apron movement control unit. The problem faced is that GSE supervision and data collection are still manual.
The research aims to find out how the GSE monitoring and data collection system is and to find out the advantages of implementing a digital system with the application of the google documents application as a data processing system. The method applied is Level 1 Research and Development (R&D), which includes problem identification, design planning and design validation. Data collected from observation, interview and documentation so that the results obtained that the supervision and recording of GSE at Fatmawati Soekarno Airport is still manual with several shortcomings.
The results of this study indicate that with the help google documents can increase effectiveness in operational activities. For the ground handling, this sytsem can be applied to supervise and repair related GSE that operates in order to improve flight safety in the airside.
