Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem pencahayaan Floodlight LED sebagai solusi pengganti sistem eksisting pada Apron A Terminal 1 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta, yang saat ini masih menggunakan lampu Halogen dan SON-T. Sistem pencahayaan lama tersebut memiliki berbagai kelemahan, antara lain konsumsi energi yang tinggi, umur pakai pendek, serta kandungan zat berbahaya seperti merkuri dan sodium yang berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan keselamatan operasional. Perancangan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan sistem pencahayaan yang lebih efisien, andal, dan ramah lingkungan, sejalan dengan penerapan konsep Eco Airport dan ketentuan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara PR 21 Tahun 2023 dan PR 08 Tahun 2022 mengenai standar pencahayaan apron sebesar 20 lux. Penelitian ini menggunakan menerapkan metode penelitian Research and Development level 1 dengan pendekatan metodologi ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), yang mencakup analisis kondisi eksisting, pengumpulan data lapangan, perhitungan kebutuhan pencahayaan, pemilihan spesifikasi lampu, dan simulasi pencahayaan menggunakan software DIALux. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencahayaan baru mampu memenuhi standar teknis dan operasional dengan tingkat keseragaman dan intensitas pencahayaan yang sesuai. Selain itu, penggunaan lampu LED terbukti dapat mengurangi konsumsi daya secara signifikan, menurunkan frekuensi pemeliharaan, serta meningkatkan keandalan operasional di area apron, khususnya saat malam hari atau kondisi cuaca buruk. Luaran dari perancangan ini adalah dokumen Detail Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), dan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-Syarat (RKS) yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan penggantian sistem pencahayaan apron secara menyeluruh.

This study presents the design of a Floodlight LED lighting system as a replacement for the existing lighting system at Apron A, Terminal 1 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which currently uses Halogen and SON-T lamps. The existing system poses several issues, including high energy consumption, short service life, and hazardous materials such as mercury and sodium, which negatively impact the environment and operational safety. The primary objective of this design is to develop a lighting system that is more energy-efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly, in line with the Eco Airport concept and the technical requirements set forth in Directorate General of Civil Aviation Regulation PR 21 of 2023, which mandates a minimum illumination level of 20 lux for apron areas. The study adopts the Research And Development Level 1 with ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), encompassing condition analysis, field data collection, lighting calculations, LED specification selection, and lighting simulations using DIALux software. The simulation results indicate that the proposed LED system successfully meets the required technical standards, achieving optimal illuminance and uniformity. Additionally, the LED system demonstrates significant energy savings, reduced maintenance frequency, and improved operational reliability, especially during nighttime or adverse weather conditions. The final deliverables of this design include the Detail Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), and Technical Specifications (RKS), which can serve as a comprehensive reference for implementing the lighting system upgrade.
