Abstract
Ruas jalan sepanjang 154 meter di area Bandara Kalimarau menuju DPPU (Depot Pengisian Pesawat Udara) merupakan jalur strategis yang belum memiliki fasilitas penerangan jalan umum, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan risiko keselamatan dan menghambat kegiatan operasional malam hari. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keselamatan, dilakukan perancangan sistem Penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya (PJUTS) sebagai solusi alternatif berbasis energi terbarukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak bandara, studi literatur, serta simulasi pencahayaan menggunakan aplikasi DIALux Evo. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah Detail Engineering Design (DED) sistem PJUTS yang memuat spesifikasi teknis dari panel surya, baterai, controller, dan lampu LED, serta simulasi pencahayaan yang mengacu pada standar EN 13201:2015. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa desain yang diajukan dapat memenuhi kriteria penerangan jalan kelas M4 dengan tingkat luminansi yang mencapai standar. Rancangan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam implementasi sistem penerangan yang efisien, ramah lingkungan, dan berkelanjutan di kawasan bandara.

A 154 meter road segment at Kalimarau Airport leading to the Aircraft Refueling Depot (DPPU) is a strategic route that currently lacks public street lighting, posing safety risks and hindering nighttime operations. To improve service quality and safety, a Solar Powered Street Lighting System (PJUTS) was designed as an alternative solution based on renewable energy. The design method involved direct observation, interviews with airport personnel, literature review, and lighting simulation using DIALux Evo software. The output of this project is a Detail Engineering Design (DED) for the PJUTS system, including technical specifications of solar panels, batteries, controllers, and LED lamps, as well as a lighting simulation that refers to EN 13201:2015 standards. The simulation results indicate that the proposed design nearly meets the lumination standards for M4 class roads. This design is expected to serve as a guideline for implementing efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable lighting systems in airport areas.
