Abstract

ABSTRAK

TINJAUAN COMSOFT AERONAUTICAL DATA ACCESS SYSTEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT & SERVICE DALAM ALUR NOTAM DI PELAYANAN INFORMASI AERONAUTIKA WILAYAH PALEMBANG

Menurut UU Penerbangan, bandar udara adalah area untuk mendarat, lepas landas, dan berbagai aktivitas transportasi. Bandar Udara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II di Palembang dikelola oleh PT Angkasa Pura 2 dan diberi nama pahlawan nasional. Penerbangan bergantung pada informasi akurat dan tepat waktu, termasuk NOTAM. Sistem drafting NOTAM di Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika Wilayah Palembang mengalami kendala, seperti batas penyimpanan 30 hari yang menghambat efisiensi. Penulis tertarik meneliti faktor-faktor dalam proses pembuatan NOTAM untuk tugas akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami masalah sistem CADAS dalam alur drafting NOTAM di Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika Wilayah Palembang. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi untuk menggali pengalaman, persepsi, dan pandangan personel terkait pengelolaan NOTAM. Kendala utama sistem CADAS adalah gangguan internet dan keterbatasan penyimpanan yang mengurangi efisiensi kerja, terutama dalam penerbitan NOTAM. Sistem alternatif seperti ADPS dan IDS lebih stabil dan efektif. CADAS memerlukan pembaruan atau pengganti. Sistem CADAS masih utama dalam penyusunan NOTAM di Palembang, namun mengalami kendala seperti gangguan sistem, keterbatasan penyimpanan, dan tidak ada backup otomatis. Sistem alternatif ADPS dan IDS lebih andal. Disarankan untuk evaluasi sistem, pelatihan personel, dan penguatan infrastruktur.

REVIEW OF COMSOFT AERONAUTICAL DATA ACCESS SYSTEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT & SERVICE IN THE NOTAM FLOW AT PALEMBANG REGIONAL AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICE

According to the Aviation Law, an airport is an area for landing, takeoff, and various transportation activities. Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang is managed by PT Angkasa Pura 2 and named after a national hero. Aviation depends on accurate and timely information, including NOTAM. The NOTAM drafting system at the Palembang Regional Aeronautical Information Service has encountered obstacles, such as a 30-day storage limit that hinders efficiency. The author is interested in researching the factors involved in the NOTAM drafting process for a final project. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the problems with the CADAS system in the NOTAM drafting process at the Palembang Regional Aeronautical Information Service. This research collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation to explore the experiences, perceptions, and views of personnel involved in NOTAM management. The main challenges of the CADAS system are internet disruptions and storage limitations that reduce work efficiency, particularly in the issuance of NOTAMs. Alternative systems such as ADPS and IDS are more stable and effective. CADAS requires updates or replacement. The CADAS system remains the primary system for NOTAM drafting in Palembang, but it faces challenges such as system disruptions, storage limitations, and the absence of automatic backups. Alternative systems like ADPS and IDS are more reliable. It is recommended to evaluate the system, train personnel, and strengthen infrastructure
