Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) yang
pesat mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam berbagai
bidang, termasuk dalam pengolahan dan penyebaran informasi
aeronautika. Saat ini, sistem utama yang digunakan untuk proses drafting raw data ASHTAM masih dilakukan menggunakan
Aeronautical Data Processing System (ADPS), yang masih
mengalami kendala seperti error system, sehingga memerlukan
tambahan waktu dalam proses pengerjaannya. Untuk mengatasi
permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem backup berbasis website yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung proses drafting ASHTAM. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan kolom-kolom pengisian yang sesuai dengan format raw data berdasarkan Doc. 10066 (Procedures for Air Navigation Services). Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (r&d) level 1, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem. Pada pembuatan
website menggunakan sofware XAMPP, Laravel, dan VsCode. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kecepatan, dan efisiensi dalam penyampaian informasi aeronautika, serta memastikan data ASHTAM selalu akurat dan terkini guna mendukung keselamatan penerbangan.

The rapid development of Science and Technology (IPTEK)
has driven the use of digital technology in various fields, including the processing and dissemination of aeronautical information. Currently, the main system used for drafting raw ASHTAM data is the Aeronautical Data Processing System (ADPS), which still faces challenges such as system errors,resulting in additional time required for the process. To address these issues, this study develops a backup website-based system specifically designed to support the ASHTAM drafting process. The system is equipped with input fields that comply with the raw data format based on Doc. 10066 (Procedures for Air Navigation Services). The method used is research and development (r&d) level 1, involving the stages of needs analysis and system design. The website development uses XAMPP, Laravel, and VS Code software. The aim of this system development is to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of aeronautical information delivery, as well as to ensure that ASHTAM data is always accurate and up to date to support flight safety.
