Abstract
Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara merupakan organisasi pelatihan yang ditunjukkan sebagai pelatihan awal dalam perawatan pesawat udara di Hanggar 01 Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara. Hanggar 01 Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara merupakan salah satu hanggar yang digunakan sebagai proses pembelajaran yang terdapat di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Saat ini masih terdapat kendala peminjaman tools pada saat kegiatan praktikum di hanggar 01 teknik pesawat udara yang dimana saat taruna melakukan kegiatan tersebut control tools hanya dilakukan dengan ceklist tools dan pada saat peminjaman tools secara manual yang dimana kurang efektif dan kemungkinan tools lupa dikembalikan atau hilang. Belum terdapat media control tools berbasis aplikasi guna mempermudah pengelolaan serta pengaawasan tools yang akan maupun sudah dipinjam oleh dosen, staff, dan taruna di Hanggar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini meliputi, Masih terdapat banyak tools yang belum terdata pada tools store di Hangar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara, Kurangnya sistem control tools pada tools store di Hangar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara, Belum adanya sistem control tools berbasis website guna mempermudah proses control tools. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain, Mengembangan Control Tools Berbasis Website Di Hangar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug, Menganalisis Kelayakan Control Tools Berbasis Website Di Hangar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Metode yang digunakan Metode Waterfall merupakan salah satu metode dalam System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang digunakan untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan sistematis dan berurutan. Metode waterfall memiliki 5 tahapan yaitu Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration And Testing, Operation And Maintenance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Uji GTMetrix membuktikan performa website yang baik dengan skor kecepatan dan efisiensi tinggi. Validasi oleh ahli IT memperoleh skor 94% (Sangat Layak), AMTO Manager 83% (Layak), dan pengguna 92% (Sangat Layak). Pengembangan Control Tools Berbasis Website di Hangar 01 Teknik Pesawat Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug telah berhasil dilakukan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendukung proses pengelolaan data alat (tools) secara digital, mulai dari pencatatan, peminjaman, pengembalian, hingga pelaporan, sehingga menggantikan metode manual yang sebelumnya digunakan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, proses kontrol dan pendataan tools menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.

The Aircraft Engineering Study Program is a training organisation that serves as an initial training facility for aircraft maintenance at Hangar 01of the Aircraft Engineering Study Program. Hangar 01 of the Aircraft Engineering Study Program is one of the hangars used for the learning process at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic in Curug. Currently, there are still challenges in borrowing tools during practical activities at Hangar 01Aircraft Engineering, where when cadets conduct these activities, tool control is only done through a tool checklist and manual tool borrowing, which is less effective and may result in tools being forgotten to be returned or lost. There is no tool control system based on an application to facilitate the management and supervision of tools that have been or will be borrowed by lecturers, staff, and cadets in Hangar 01 of the Aircraft Engineering Department. The main issues in this study include, There are still many tools that have not been recorded in the tool store at Hangar 01 of the Aircraft Engineering Department, The lack of a tool control system at the tool store in Hangar 01 Aeronautical Engineering, The absence of a web-based tool control system to facilitate the tool control process. The objectives of this study include, Developing a Web-Based Tool Control System at Hangar 01 Aeronautical Engineering at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic in Curug, Analysing the Feasibility of a Tools at Hangar 01 Aircraft Engineering Department of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic in Curug. The method used is the Waterfall Method, which is one of the methods in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) used for software development with a systematic and sequential approach. The Waterfall Method has five stages: Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration and Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The research results show that the developed system successfully meets user needs. GTMetrix testing demonstrates the website's good performance with high speed and efficiency scores.Validation by IT experts yielded a score of 94% (Very Feasible), AMTO Manager 83% (Feasible), and users 92% (Very Feasible). The development of a website-based control tool at Hangar 01 of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic in Curug has been successfully completed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system is designed to support the process of managing tool data(tools) digitally, from recording, borrowing, returning, to reporting, thereby replacing the previously used manual method. With this application, the control and data collection processes for tools become faster, more efficient, and well-documented.
