Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website pelaporan darurat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring dan akurasi pendataan pada Watchroom di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta. Kesiapsiagaan darurat di lingkungan bandara sangat penting untuk menjamin keselamatan penumpang, petugas, dan aset strategis. Sistem yang dirancang memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code agar pelapor pertama dapat mengirimkan laporan insiden secara real time, yang langsung diterima oleh petugas Watchroom dan unit ARFF (Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting). Fitur utama meliputi formulir pelaporan digital, notifikasi otomatis, pemetaan lokasi insiden, serta dashboard monitoring terintegrasi yang mendukung pengawasan situasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) guna memastikan sistem yang dikembangkan bersifat responsif, aman, dan mudah digunakan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pelaporan, meningkatkan koordinasi antarunit, serta memperkuat komunikasi antara pengunjung dan petugas. Inovasi digital ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung sistem tanggap darurat bandara dan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan terhadap berbagai potensi insiden.

This study aims to develop an emergency incident reporting website to enhance monitoring effectiveness and data accuracy in the Watchroom at Yogyakarta International Airport. Emergency preparedness in the airport environment is essential to ensure the safety of passengers, personnel, and strategic assets. The system is designed to utilize QR Code technology, allowing first reporters to submit incident reports in real time, which are immediately received by Watchroom officers and the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit. Key features include a digital reporting form, automatic notifications, incident location mapping, and an integrated monitoring dashboard that supports situational oversight. The research applies the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure the developed system is responsive, secure, and user-friendly. Trial results indicate that the system can accelerate the reporting process, improve inter-unit coordination, and strengthen communication between visitors and officers. This digital innovation is expected to be an effective solution in supporting the airport’s emergency response system and enhancing preparedness for various potential incidents.
