Abstract

Transisi Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) ke Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) menuntut ketersediaan data aeronautika digital dan interoperable, termasuk Aerodrome Mapping Data Sets (AMDS). Namun, data yang tersedia menunjukkan bahwa AMDS belum tersedia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konsep aerodrome mapping menggunakan software QGIS di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit sebagai langkah awal pengembangan AMDS di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) Level 1. Dimulai dengan preliminary research dan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, visualisasi citra satelit dan wawancara. Proses perancangan konsep menggunakan software QGIS Desktop 3.26 dan PostgreSQL, mengacu pada ICAO Doc 10066 Appendix 1 (AIM Data Catalogue) dan DQR Airnav Indonesia.
Rancangan konsep ini juga mengintegrasikan visualisasi kondisi operasional aerodrome berdasarkan NOTAM menggunakan rule-based symbology. Validasi rancangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan GIS Specialist/Personil AIS dan
Assistant VP of AIM Planning Airnav Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian adalah terbuatnya rancangan konsep aerodrome mapping yang sudah sesuai dan layak untuk diimplementasikan serta dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Hasil validasi juga menyatakan rancangan konsep ini memberikan gambaran awal untuk implementasi AMDS di Indonesia.

The transition from Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) to Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) requires the availability of digital and interoperable aeronautical data, including Aerodrome Mapping Data Sets (AMDS).
However, available data shows that AMDS is not yet available in Indonesia. This study aims to design an aerodrome mapping concept using QGIS software at Soekarno Hatta International Airport by utilizing satellite imagery as the first step
in developing AMDS in Indonesia.
This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) Level 1 method. It begins with a preliminary research and data collection through literature review, satellite imagery visualization, and interviews. The concept design process uses QGIS Desktop 3.26 and PostgreSQL software, referring to ICAO Doc 10066 Appendix 1 (AIM Data Catalogue) and DQR Airnav Indonesia. This concept design also integrates the visualization of aerodrome operational conditions based on
NOTAM using rule-based symbology. The design was validated through interviews with GIS Specialists/AIS Personnel and the Assistant VP of AIM Planning at Airnav Indonesia.
The research results include the creation of an aerodrome mapping concept design that is suitable and feasible for implementation and further development.
The validation results also indicate that this concept design provides an initial framework for the implementation of AMDS in Indonesia.
