ANALISIS DIGITALISASI PENGECEKAN PERALATAN PENDUKUNG (STATION ROUTINE) PADA KENDARAAN FOAM TENDER BERBASIS WEBSITE DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO-HATTA

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memengaruhi banyak bidang kehidupan secara signifikan, khususnya dalam mempercepat proses kerja dan distribusi informasi. Di lingkungan operasional Unit ARFF Bandar Udara Soekarno-Hatta, proses pengecekan peralatan pendukung kendaraan utama Foam Tender hingga saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi ini memunculkan sejumlah hambatan seperti pemborosan waktu, kemungkinan terjadinya pencatatan yang keliru, serta keterbatasan dalam sistem dokumentasi yang rapi dan mudah dijangkau.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan digitalisasi dalam proses pengecekan peralatan pendukung kendaraan utama Foam Tender melalui sistem berbasis website. Fokus utama penelitian ini bukan pada pembuatan sistem digital, melainkan pada analisis terhadap kebutuhan digitalisasi, manfaat potensialnya, serta sejauh mana sistem tersebut dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional di lapangan.
Metode Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui pembagian angket kepada personel yang secara langsung berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengecekan. Data yang diperoleh akan digunakan untuk melihat persepsi dan kebutuhan terhadap sistem digital, serta menggambarkan rancangan umum seperti apa yang dibutuhkan apabila sistem digital akan diterapkan.
Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat diketahui seberapa besar urgensi digitalisasi pengecekan peralatan pendukung Foam Tender, serta diperoleh gambaran sistem seperti apa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional Unit ARFF Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.

The development of information technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, particularly in accelerating work processes and information distribution. Within the operational environment of the ARFF Unit at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the inspection of support equipment for the main Foam Tender vehicle is still carried out manually. This condition presents several challenges, such as time inefficiency, the potential for recording errors, and limitations in maintaining organized and easily accessible documentation.
This study aims to analyze the need for digitalization in the inspection process of support equipment for the Foam Tender vehicle through a web-based system. The main focus of this research is not on developing the digital system itself, but rather on analyzing the need for digitalization, its potential benefits, and the extent to which such a system could improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in the field.
The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to personnel directly involved in the inspection activities. The data obtained will be used to assess the perception and need for a digital system, as well as to illustrate a general framework of what such a system should look like if implemented.
Through this study, it is expected that the urgency of digitalizing the inspection of support equipment for the Foam Tender can be identified, and an overview of the system that best fits the operational needs of the ARFF Unit at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can be developed.
