Abstract

Peralatan Hydraulic Rescue Tools pada unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan
Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) di Bandar Udara Sultan Mahmud
Badaruddin II Palembang berperan penting dalam mendukung respons keadaan
darurat. Namun, sistem pemeliharaan manual masih menimbulkan risiko
kehilangan data, keterlambatan laporan, dan duplikasi informasi. Penelitian ini
bertujuan mengembangkan website berbasis aplikasi HydroRescue untuk
mendigitalisasi proses pemeliharaan agar lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan real-time.
Pengembangan menggunakan model 4D: Define, Design, Develop, dan
Disseminate. Hasilnya menunjukkan HydroRescue meningkatkan kecepatan
pencatatan, ketepatan laporan, dan pemantauan kondisi alat. Validasi dari ahli
media dan ahli maintenance menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan “Sangat Layak”
dengan skor di atas 90%. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mendukung kesiapan peralatan
PKP-PK dan dapat menjadi standar pemeliharaan di bandara.

Hydraulic Rescue Tools in the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF)
unit at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang play a crucial role in
emergency response operations. However, the manual maintenance system still
poses risks such as data loss, delayed reporting, and duplicate information. This
research aims to develop a website-based application called HydroRescue to
digitalize the maintenance process to be more structured, efficient, and real-time.
The development adopts the 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate.
The results show that HydroRescue improves the speed of recording, reporting
accuracy, and real-time monitoring of equipment conditions. Validation by media
and maintenance experts indicates an “Excellent” level of feasibility with a score
above 90%. This application is expected to support the readiness of ARFF
equipment and serve as a maintenance standard at airports.
