Abstract
Unit PKP-PK Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali memiliki peran vital dalam penyelamatan dan pemadaman kebakaran, sehingga kebugaran jasmani personel sangat penting. Namun, pencatatan latihan masih manual melalui WhatsApp, rawan hilang, sulit direkap, dan lambat dievaluasi. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh meningkatnya jumlah personel yang izin sakit dari 35 personel di 2023 menjadi 58 menjadi 2024, mengindikasikan penurunan kebugaran jasmani dan berpotensi mengganggu kesiapan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website Physical Fitness Training Monitoring (PFTM) untuk mencatat, memantau, dan mengevaluasi latihan secara digital dan real-time. Metode penelitian menggunakan model R&D Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi enam tahap. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket kepada ahli serta pengguna. Website PFTM memiliki fitur utama seperti logbook digital, pengelolaan data personel, peta lokasi latihan, dan akses akun admin/pengguna. Validasi ahli materi menunjukkan kelayakan 100%, dan validasi media/IT sebesar 79,3%. Uji coba pada 15 personel menunjukkan mayoritas menilai website layak hingga sangat layak. Kesimpulannya, PFTM efektif meningkatkan akurasi data, efisiensi pencatatan, dan mendukung modernisasi manajemen kebugaran di lingkungan PKP-PK.

The ARFF Unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport in Boyolali plays a vital role in rescue and firefighting operations, making the physical fitness of its personnel extremely important. However, training records are still managed manually via WhatsApp, which is prone to loss, difficult to compile, and slow to evaluate. This situation is exacerbated by the increasing number of personnel taking sick leave, rising from 35 personnel in 2023 to 58 in 2024, indicating a decline in physical fitness and potentially disrupting operational readiness. This study aims to develop a Physical Fitness Training Monitoring (PFTM) website to digitally record, monitor, and evaluate training in real-time. The research method uses the simplified Borg & Gall R&D model, consisting of six stages. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys with experts and users. The PFTM website features key functionalities such as a digital logbook, personnel data management, exercise location maps, and admin/user account access. Expert content validation showed 100% feasibility, and media/IT validation reached 79.3%. A pilot test on 15 personnel indicated that the majority rated the website as feasible to highly feasible. In conclusion, PFTM effectively improves data accuracy, recording efficiency, and supports the modernization of fitness management within the ARFF environment.
