PERANCANGAN WEBSITE PROGRES LOGBOOK UNTUK PENCATATAN OPERASIONAL DAN WATCHROOM ARFF DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL YOGYAKARTA

Keselamatan penerbangan merupakan aspek krusial yang membutuhkan dukungan sistem informasi andal, khususnya pada unit Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) yang berperan dalam penanggulangan keadaan darurat di bandara. Di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA), proses pencatatan laporan kegiatan dan pengawasan ruang jaga (watchroom) selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan informasi, dan ketidakefisienan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan ARFF Progress Logbook, sebuah portal berbasis web yang memfasilitasi pencatatan laporan harian, serta pemantauan aktivitas watchroom secara real-time dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Perangkat lunak Waterfall, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian dan evaluasi berbasis standar ISO 25010. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui checklist fungsionalitas dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada personel ARFF dan pakar IT, dengan fokus pada aspek functional suitability, usability, compatibility, dan performance efficiency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama sistem Progress Logbook telah berfungsi dengan baik, dan sistem memperoleh skor rata-rata di atas 85% pada seluruh aspek evaluasi ISO 25010, sehingga dikategorikan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, serta efektivitas monitoring operasional di lingkungan ARFF YIA. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui ARFF Progress Logbook mampu mendukung transformasi proses kerja ARFF menjadi lebih terintegrasi, responsif, dan sesuai standar keselamatan penerbangan modern.

DESIGN OF A PROGRESS LOGBOOK WEBSITE FOR OPERATIONAL RECORDING AND ARFF WATCHROOM AT YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Aviation safety is a crucial aspect that requires reliable information systems, especially for Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) units responsible for emergency response at airports. At Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA), the processes of recording activity reports, documenting procedures, and monitoring the watchroom have been conducted manually, making them prone to recording errors, information delays, and operational inefficiencies. This study aims to design and develop ARFF Progress Logbook, a web-based portal that facilitates digital and real-time daily reporting and integrated monitoring of watchroom activities. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall model, covering stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as testing and evaluation based on the ISO 25010 standard. System testing was carried out using functional checklists and questionnaires distributed to ARFF personnel and IT experts, focusing on aspects of functional suitability, usability, compatibility, and performance efficiency. The results show that all main features of the Progress Logbook system functioned properly and the system achieved an average score above 85% in all ISO 25010 evaluation aspects, categorizing it as highly feasible for implementation. The system has proven to improve reporting efficiency and the effectiveness of operational monitoring within the ARFF unit at YIA. These findings indicate that digital transformation through ARFF Progress Logbook can support the integration, responsiveness, and modernization of ARFF work processes in accordance with contemporary aviation safety standards.
