ANALISIS KESESUAIAN GARASI PKP-PK DENGAN REGULASI DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONEL DI BANDARA JENDERAL AHMAD YANI SEMARANG

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum sesuainya lantai garasi PKP-PK dengan standar PR 30 Tahun 2022, yang berpotensi mengganggu keselamatan dan kinerja personel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian lantai garasi serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap efektivitas dan keselamatan kerja personel di Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama On the Job Training di Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode gap analysis untuk membandingkan kondisi lantai garasi PKP-PK dengan regulasi PR 30 Tahun 2022 serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja personel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lantai garasi PKP-PK di Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang belum memenuhi standar PR 30 Tahun 2022, sehingga menimbulkan risiko terpeleset dan menghambat crew reaction personel. Kondisi ini berdampak langsung pada pencapaian response time dan kinerja operasional, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan demi keselamatan dan kelancaran penanganan keadaan darurat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kondisi lantai garasi kendaraan PKP-PK di Bandara Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang belum sesuai dengan PR 30 Tahun 2022, sehingga menghambat kinerja personel dan pencapaian response time. Meskipun ada kendala anggaran, pihak bandara telah menunjukkan komitmen perbaikan guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan mendukung operasional dalam kondisi darurat.

The problem in this study is the non-compliance of the PKP-PK garage floor with PR 30 of 2022 standards, which has the potential to disrupt the safety and performance of personnel. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of compliance of the garage floor and evaluate its impact on the effectiveness and safety of personnel at General Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during On-the-Job Training at General Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The analysis was conducted using the gap analysis method to compare the condition of the PKP-PK garage floor with the PR 30 of 2022 regulations and its impact on personnel performance. This study found that the PKP-PK garage floor at General Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang does not meet the PR 30 of 2022 standards, thus posing a risk of slipping and hampering crew reaction personnel. This condition directly impacts the achievement of response time and operational performance, so improvements are needed for safety and smooth handling of emergencies. This study concludes that the condition of the PKP-PK vehicle garage floor at General Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang does not comply with PR 30 of 2022, thus hampering personnel performance and achieving response time. Despite budget constraints, the airport has demonstrated a commitment to improvements to enhance safety and support emergency operations.
