Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program latihan fisik berbasis prinsip
FITT (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type) untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani
personel ARFF (Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting) di Bandar Udara Jenderal Ahmad
Yani Semarang. Identifikasi potensi masalah dilakukan dengan cara observasi,
wawancara langsung dengan personel, serta menganalisis dokumen terkait. Temuan
utama meliputi belum terstrukturnya program latihan, kondisi personel yang berbedabeda, serta kurangnya pedoman latihan. Program latihan hasil pengembangan ini
disusun terintegrasi dengan sistem kerja shift dan menggunakan variasi usia serta
kemampuan fisik personel. Latihan memuat latihan kardiovaskular, kekuatan, dan
fleksibilitas dengan tahapan terstruktur. Validasi dilakukan dengan validator ahli
olahraga menggunakan lembar validasi spesifik untuk aspek keolahragaan. Program
juga didukung dengan buku pedoman bergambar agar mudah diimplementasikan. Hasil
akhir menunjukkan model program ini efektif, aman, serta relevan sebagai solusi
peningkatan kebugaran fisik personel ARFF. Diharapkan program ini memperkuat
kebugaran fisik dan profesionalisme personel dalam menghadapi tugas.

This study aims to develop a physical training program based on the FITT
principle (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type) to enhance the physical fitness of ARFF
(Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting) personnel at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport,
Semarang. Potential problems were identified through observation, direct interviews
with personnel, and analysis of related documents. The main findings include the
unstructured nature of the existing training program, varying physical conditions of
the personnel, and the lack of clear training guidelines. The developed program is
integrated with the shift work system and takes into account the varying ages and
physical abilities of personnel. The training includes cardiovascular, strength, and
flexibility exercises with structured stages. Validation was carried out by sports experts
using a specific validation sheet focused on sports aspects. The program is also
supported by an illustrated manual to facilitate implementation. The final results show
that this program model is effective, safe, and relevant as a solution to improve the
physical fitness of ARFF personnel. It is expected that this program strengthens the
physical fitness and professionalism of personnel in carrying out their duties.
