Abstract

Salah satu elemen penting dalam sistem Airfield Lighting adalah approach light yakni sebagai alat bantu pilot dalam pendaratan pesawat udara. Di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai ditemukan pada monitor EFD CCR bahwa nilai tahanan isolasi circuit I 0.07 MΩ dan circuit II 1.26 MΩ yang dimana belum memenuhi standard pada PR 26 Tahun 2022, KP 608 Tahun 2015, dan PUIL 2011. Analisis ini bertujuan mengetahui titik penyebab rendahnya nilai tahanan isolasi sebagai mitigasi terjadinya gangguan terhadap kesalamatan pendaratan pesawat udara. Approach light ini di berada pada sisi runway 27. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan proses pengambilan data meliputi observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data Observasi diambil dengan melihat kondisi instalasi serta pengukuran tahanan isolasi menggunakan insulation tester Kyoritsu KEW 3125A dengan sebanyak 30 titik bak trafo pengukuruan, Wawancara dilakukan dengan tiga narasumber dengan jabatan berbeda. Dan dokumentasi yang digunakan berupa rekaman check sheet, data CCR serta berupa gambar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan fishbone diagram yang merupakan gabungan dari seluruh data penelitian dengan metode method, material, machine, man, dan environment. Hasil analisis ditemukan 20% pada circuit I dan circuit II 13.3% titik pengukuran yang tidak memenuhi standard. Titik utama permasalahan berada pada bar 23 – 27 yakni penyebab diantaranya adalah sambungan connector yang terbuka, bak trafo yang kotor sehingga meningkatkan kelembapan, dan hewan liar yang bersarang seperti lebah. Kondisi fisik jaringan instlasi menunjukkan 46.7% dalam keadaan kurang baik. Penyebab paling banyak ditemukan rumput liar dan kondisi kabel yang berantakan. Hal ini menyebabkan penekukan dan meningkatkan temperature kabel sehingga menurunnya nilai tahanan isolasi. Faktor lainnya juga disajikan dalam fishbone diagram.

One of the important elements in the Airfield Lighting system is the approach light, which is a pilot aid in landing an aircraft. At I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, it was found on the EFD CCR monitor that the insulation resistance value of circuit I was 0.07 MΩ and circuit II was 1.26 MΩ, which did not meet the standards in PR 26 of 2022, KP 608 of 2015, and PUIL 2011. This analysis aims to determine the cause of the low insulation resistance value as a mitigation of disruption to the safety of aircraft landings. This approach light is located on the side of runway 27. This research uses a qualitative method with a data collection process including observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation data was taken by observing the installation conditions and measuring the insulation resistance using a Kyoritsu KEW 3125A insulation tester with 30 points of the measuring transformer. Interviews were conducted with three sources with different positions. And the documentation used was in the form of check sheet recordings, CCR data and images. The data analysis technique used a fishbone diagram which is a combination of all research data with the method, material, machine, man, and environment methods. The analysis results found 20% in circuit I and circuit II 13.3% of measurement points that did not meet the standards. The main point of the problem is in bars 23 - 27, the causes of which include open connector connections, dirty transformer tanks that increase humidity, and wild animals that nest such as bees. The physical condition of the installation network showed 46.7% in poor condition. The most common causes found were weeds and messy cable conditions. This causes bending and increases the temperature of the cable so that the insulation resistance value decreases. Other factors are also presented in the fishbone diagram.
